Dermdoc by purple - Defective product

I've been using DermDoc Collagen Gel for a year and it helped me reduce acne and tighten my skin. Recently, I ordered the same product from the Purple app, but the new one seems to be different. When I opened the bottle, I noticed white dot-like particles and thickened white particles inside the gel. After using it for a few days, my face broke out in acne. I'm concerned that the product might be defective. I request a replacement or a full refund and hope you'll look into the quality control issue.

I ordered a product named dermdoc for rupees *** and there was no cod . So i payed using gpay . But today it was the final deadline for the refund till now your company did not refund it . Please refund the money
