Flipkart Iphone - defective product

Dear sir, We purchased I iPhone ** mini on - **-**-****, I received the mobile on **-**-****, and we used the received mobile for * days, after * days the mobile tower problem detected the mobile tower not working so I went to apple mobile service center I Care they daignose the mobile problem they found, they told give mobile we want to service and return back in * days after that I become huge app set after I decide the mobile wants to put a replacement in Flipkart so I raise the request return policy on **-**-**** after **-**-**** they canceled my request after that I contact customer support and explained about the defect and product and again o raise the complaint on *--**-****, that time the canceled my request I contact customer support they told seller was not accept your request, I ask them why u have not accepted return back policy they told that is for only show we will not accept your request now my mobile was not working i wasted ** days on this concern, Please give good judgement to this case
