Purchased Kajaria Kerovit Western closet orlando EWC ,on **.*.** from dealer. When fitted its found defective. Not used. Reported to company executives. Technician visited the site and recemmended for replacement on **.*.**. Till date not received replacement. The dealer and company executives are contacted regularly. Both kept saying it is on the way.then reached here, there and so on. Now it is * months. Not settled. Now the company executive is not attending calls. Dealer said he cannot help.
