Medirent Services Private Limited - DEFECTIVE PRODUCT BMT

I have purchased BP matching from Medirent services pvt. Ltd. at Fortis Hospital Noida. Since the time it was purchased the machine was giving different readings on every action. This has created lot of confusion and panic because of poor conditions of the machine. Our society seized for quite some time because of the corona and when visited Forties Hospital I found that the shop is closed and when contacted Mr. Pawan on the mobile mentioned on the shutter I was directed to speak to the Delhi Centre. The person was sent to pick up the Machine and to deliver after a week time with the same faulty condition. Such kind of approach of the Medirent speaks about poor quality related issues in the health sector. I don’t understand that the product was not replaced and the reason for marketing such medical products to the consumers at the time when the health sector is required to be provided with the best put forward.
Kindly look into the matter and advice the requisite machine for the correctness to the handed over to me while taking back the faulty machine.
