Mama Earth Dark circles cream - Defective order

I bought this product via amazon and it got delivered by * march. Its order no is ***-*******-*******. The thing about this product is that it is defective. This particular face wash is not making foam and also it's smell stinks. Because
of this product my skin got not only more pimple but also it got tan. I have been using mama earth's from one and half year. In the past I have never had any issue with any product of mama earth. But this time this particular product, it is giving me a lot of side effects. Please help me with this.
