Seller not responding - Defective Order

Dear Meesho,
We have received a wrong order and seller is not picking up the call.they have collected from us Rs **** and sent rough clotjibg which qas not our order at all.
This is just ridiculous.
This was our second order.
Even we are not receiving a call back from Meesho app.
Kindly resolve our issue asap and take back that cloths and make OUR REFUND OF RS ****.
