Ola Ev - Defective OLA EV Bike

Dear Sir/Madam,

I bought OLA S* Air EV scooter about a month ago. We are facing many problems. I have communicated with many mails but no proper response. Even the service center is not responding properly. They provided defect product. I raised no of tickets however no use.

Please find the below issues

*. Inbuild functionality not working (phone calls speaker and mice not working).
*. Taking more time for charging
*. Sudden breakdown while running for no reason
*. Mileage is not coming as expected
*. No proper knowledge on service technician
*. Defective Seat
