Msi Computers Laptops - Defective MSI laptop sold by MSI India New Delhi and Dotcom MSI Store Chennai and denied a replace

I purchased a MSI GE** **UHS-***IN laptop online on March **, **** from Dotcom MSI Exclusive Store, Chennai. It cost me Rs.*,**,***/- The product was delivered to me on March **, ****.
The laptop is plagued with multiple defects since Day-* of use. There is an intense battery drain during sleep mode. The battery doesn't hold up for running even minimal tasks. The problems were reported to MSI India and Dotcom MSI Store, Chennai on March **, ****.
In the first week itself, MSI India reported the problem of battery drain cannot be repaired and that violates their warranty T&C.
MSI India and Dotcom MSI Store, Chennai unlawfully denied my request for replacement or refund of the product in the first week (March **st, ****). I was honored the product return by MSI India and I was later deceived.
Despite sharing the evidence of all relevant issues with MSI India, they refused to take any action. The core issues remain unresolved and the laptop remains defective. I have ample evidence of the same.
The battery drain had caused a battery wear of * percent in last two months. The laptop now severely thermal throttles under load with temperatures reaching ***C causing the system to lose performance. The continuous critical temperatures also pose a serious fire risk and the product is unsafe for operation and has serious quality control issues.
While MSI USA admitted there are problems with my product, MSI India denied to acknowledge them. MSI Taiwan doesn't reply to my emails. The incompetence, arrogance and negligence of MSI India on the issues I reported is appalling. These are unfair trade practices.
The last three months have been quite stressful and hard for me. These issues has affected my personal and professional life mentally and physically. The amount of Rs.*,**,*** I spend on this product is hard earned and I don't want it to go in vain.
I want the product refund from Dotcom MSI store, Chennai. The seller claims he cannot issue me a refund unless MSI India processes a return RMA.
