Morphy Richards - Defective Morphy Richards OTG

I ordered the Morphy Richards **RCSS ** L OTG from the Tata Cliq website in June ****. I've complained about heating issues on several occassions. The technician changed the thermostat once, the heating rods another time, and has come atleast *-* times in the last year. However, I continue to have a heating problem - It does not brown evenly on top and on the sides. In fact, now the heating issue has become worse. I bought this oven for commercial use, but it has been so unreliable from the start that I no longer take as many orders. My business has suffered a major loss due to this oven. I paid **k for this OTG but I would have rather paid **k for another brand - one that would not disappoint and stress me. It is no use sending a technician because he has done everything he can. This is a manufacturing defect I believe and all I want is either a refund or a new functional piece. I requested this from the start but nobody listened. Please take action or else I will be forced to.
