jaipur me mene bhot baar dikha diya hai isse aur ek baar toh me noida me bhi lekr chala gaya
*. camera issue
*.battery issue.
* screen blink
* software issue
* charging adapter
* auto charge aur lagging
* motherboard issue
* screen not working.
abhi kuch dino pehele ye apne aap charge ho raha tha aur bhot zyada garm ho raha tha mujhe darr tha ki ye kahi fatt na jaaye iski photograph aur videos mene oneplus ko mail kari toh unse * * din baat hone k baad unhone mujhe bharosa karaya ki aap pareshaan mat hoiye sir is baar bhej dijiye last time next time replacement karke denge.
aur ** din baad jab mera phone waps aaya toh uski ek dum screen chalni band ho gayi wo bhi ek baar nahi * * baar phir wo apne aap restart hojata tha
mene uski video bana k bhi oneplus ko bheji aur mujhe unhone kaha ki aap apna phone submit kara do aapka phone replace ho jaega aur jese hi aap usse jama karaenge aapka order id aapko dediya jaega.
jan mobile service center pohocha toh mujhse kahne lage ki aapka phone me pehele check karenge ki koi issue hai ya nahi.
aur unhone check kia * din check kia
mene unse kaha ki sir dialpad camera aur msgs kholne band karne ko check karna nahi kahte aur unhone kaha ki ye replace nahi hoga
me nahi mana toh unhone kaha hai ki higher authority se baat karke jawaab deta hu.
sir oneplus ne assure kia mujhe ki aapko replacement mil jaega lekin ye manipulate kar rahe hai.
please take serious steps
aur insaaf dila dijiye.
