I purchased the Samsung j* mobile in the month of July ****. After a few months later I faced so many problems. I visited the local Samsung care in Khanna city. They suggest me to changing the mobile speaker for voice problem. After changing the mobile speaker, within a day I faced the same problem again. When I again visited the Samsung care they picked my phone but they did not give any token slip for proof. Next day they said that the speaker of your phone has been changed. But they do nothing with the phone. I am suffering from this problem from the very beginning. Now I am totally suffering. Please help me so that I can take back my money which I paid for this cheap product of Samsung company.
