Dear Sir/Madam,
With respect to the subject matter, I had booked for Tablet vide the advertisement as shown in the media- but i feel i have been duped and sent a smart & defective substandard phone instead of the item shown in the media advertisement.
Amount paid Towards the above order Rs.****/- for Tablet Booking and not defective phone as received by me. (Defective since the phone is not working since the day it is received.
Request you to refund the same & as I have also escalated to the appropriate authorities about your malafide intentions to dupe the buyers by supplying defective products and then not even sharing the complaint platform for the defective products & fake advertisements.
