Sri Ganesh Marbles Sinikpuri Neredmet Hyderabad - Defective material delivered

On **/**/**** I have purchased a Granite at Sri Ganesh Marbles Sinikpuri Neredmet Hyderabad, Telangana for my house repair. The same day the shop worker named Sri. Chandu (Mobile No. **********) sent the Granite by his auto. After receiving the material I checked and found that what was I am selected the Granite is not sent me he sent a defective Granite. I immediately called and informed to shop owner and worker he said that “I will send the good material within a day”.
But next day on **/**/** not sent the material, after the next day on **/**/** I was called several times the both are not answered my call. I called from different mobile they answered and said that “I will send today” but not sent the material till date. Everyday I paid labour charges for my labour who are coming for laying the marbles in my home but work was not competed due to Granite not sent by shop worker.
Kindly take action against the Ganesh Marbles Sinikpuri Neredmet Hyderabad shop worker named Chandu and Owner Suri immediately. Kindly make justice in favour of me in this regard for which I shall very grateful to you.
