LG Electronics India Pvt Ltd Pai International Electronics Ltd - Defective LG AC Not Working Since Installation Request for Refund Compensation

Details of the Complaint:

The complainant purchased a new LG air conditioner on ** March **** for ₹**,*** (excluding installation charges).
Installation was carried out on ** March **** by authorized representatives of LG.
From the very first day of installation, the AC has not functioned properly and has consistently shown the “CH**” error, indicating a serious defect.
Multiple complaints were raised with both LG Electronics and the retailer; however, the issue remains unresolved.
The product has effectively remained non-functional since installation, causing significant inconvenience, discomfort, and financial loss.

Concerns:

Supply of a defective product
Deficiency in service and improper installation
Negligence and lack of timely resolution
Mental stress and inconvenience caused due to non-functional AC
