Dear Sir,

I purchased an LED from the below mentioned shopkeeper by paying ***** rupees which was defective on arrival & after that i asked for an invoice for that but the shopkeeper denied for the same & asked extra money to pay if i need invoice.

I warned him that I will file a case against you but he was not worried about it & asked me to do anything.

I contacted the national consumer helpline as per them I need to contact you...
