I have ordered for * Renewed Laptops on Amazon on *th December ****. One of the Laptops was totally defective and junk.
*. It was having a * MB RAM instead of * MB ordered
*. It was full of viruses
*.Its Mouse track pad was not working
*.The system was very slow
*.The battery was old and discharged without any usage even after charging fully
*.After a Reboot, it stopped booting and never started
Hence, I immediately placed a request for Return on **th December ****.

Made a request for collection of return and refund of money. But the Item not collected so far and amount not refunded till date.
