Hayesa - Defective Item Received

I just received an order from Hayesa with order No. HYS************. I am not satisfied with the quality of the product and it is not matching the item I saw and ordered online. The colour, fabric, size, and essence of the item is completely different from the online item. On the top of it I am having doubts about the company as their website is not showing their address and telephone number. Even on the shipping label in the sender's detail 'ABCD' was written. I don't know how E-Kart entertains delivery of such products. Also, on their website it is mentioned that I need to ship back the order to them at my own cost and they will be giving my money in the form of credits by which I can make another purchase through their website. I am surely not going to do that again. I have sent an e-mail to their customer support and they have not replied yet. I want my money back in cash or bank transfer. Only then I will send their item back to them.
