Flipkart Apple - Defective item received

Purchased an Apple iPad Pro/**'' (**** model) from Flipkart.com, which was delivered to me on **.**.****. Upon opening the box and turning on the device, the display was having permanent damage in the form of dead pixels. I contacted Flipkart and also raised a replacement request in line with the Flipkart's ** day replacement policy. However, the customer care executives from Flipkart later on told me on phone that the replacement request has been rejected as the reason quoted by me (damaged display with dead pixels) was not justifiable for replacement. Kindly help me get a brand new replacement product from Flipkart as they are disobeying their own replacement policy. The necessary screenshots are enclosed in the form of .rar file.
