Item is defective {Both the original and the exchanged dresses were significantly below the claimed quality. Issues include:
excessive, falling-off glitter (even after the exchange), incorrect length (shorter than ordered)}, deficiency in service (constantly ignored recent calls and messages), deception of information about the item by the seller in order to sell the product, claimed quality not delivered as per their website, tax invoice and bill not provided (despite multiple reminders), Paid amount not refunded and charged extra (instead of refunding after this disappointing experience, I was unfairly charged for exchange courier/delivery without prior notification or agreement).
