Winni - Defective item Customer service in complete denial

I ordered a Moon Love Lamp. Instead of **th December as promised, the delivery came on *nd January.
The lamp glowed an ugly RED colour instead of yellow.
I complained to the customer service. He said please send the photo.
He said "We are deliver this asper the order only, as I have checked we delivered you as same product."
Thereafter he did not even reply to my messages.
This is RIDICULOUS!
I want my money back or I want the product replaced with an item that functions properly.
