Hyundai creta petrol SX VTVT automatic - Defective Hyundai creta supplied

I bought a new Hyundai Creta petrol automatic car in February **** from Peeyesyem Hyundai, Mylapore. The car had a stuttering engine and no acceleration despite pressing accelerator which resulted in a near fatal accident to me. I am asking for a replacement without me incurring an extra cost as the car had defect since the supply. The dealer and Hyundai motor India limited committed that the car has both automatic transmission system (gearbox) and engine problems and it was replaced but they are not giving meant detail about the problem. I am not willing to accept a new car being defective and engine being changed without any discussion with me. They did not give any report about the car. When I raised the question of why I was not informed or involved, they changed the car's engine to the older engine and say my car is roadworthy. I have been falsely reassured many times and made to take life risk. I am a medical doctor in emergency services and my entire work schedule is affected as the car is with Peeyesyem Hyundai for more than ** days until now the Hyundai people have completely stopped communicating and behaving in an irresponsible way putting me tremendously under mental agony. I am asking for either a new car or I am filing a compensation suite not only for the capital loss but also for pushing my life to a riskier zone, professional losses and mental agony. Kindly do the needful.
