Royal anarkali website - Defective Goods no response

Few days ago I ordered about * items from this web website called Royal Anarkali and they sent us very bad and defective goods which did not in reality match the goods shown in the website. After that we tried to return the goods but they did not did not respond did not take our calls even though their website mentions that they give ** hour customer service and ***% refund. This is in order to mislead the buyers. I want my rs. **** rupees back and want to return the goods but there is no way. Please Help.
