Logu Wooden Furniture Tirunagar - Defective Furniture

We got detective/partially broken wardrope from Logu wooden furniture on june ****.

We bought the product for my sister marriage. Later we have identified the product detectives.

We sent photo copy of broken product and owner is agreed their fault.

Loganathan who is the owner of the company agreed to replace the product .

But still me and my mom( ** yrs) is visiting his shop weekly twice. He is telling some some stories repeatedly and He is not ready to replace/refund the amount.

As It is my mom's hard earned money, I don't want to give up.

Please help to get replaced product.
