Durafit - Defective Durafit Velox Pro Treadmill Supplied Request for Immediate Refund and Compensation

I am filing a formal consumer complaint against Outdoors** (Durafit) regarding an inherently defective Durafit Velox Pro treadmill purchased on April *, **** (Order AV-EC-******-****-**).

Upon installation, it was immediately apparent that the machine was Dead on Arrival (DOA) with severe electrical and mechanical failures.
