The adapter is defective ( not in working condition), sparked, starts to burn when plugging. The product was delivered by Flipkart and was verified for physical damages at the time of delivery being an open box delivery. However, the adapter was defective and its electronics failed and sparked. When we asked for return , Flipkart said to contact to Dell service. When we contacted Dell service, they intimated that the warranty of the product is expired and the product cannot be replace or even repaired. This was intimated to flipkart and they refused to return on the basis of open box delivery. It is my concern that an out of warranty product was given to me and that too defective. now, flipkart has given address of DELL to get it repaired on cost through email.
