I have paid rs***** for new one ton AC of Chigo brand (Chinese brand,) in the month of October ****..the payment was made through phone pe To the company mobile number (**********).I have received a defective damaged old AC unit in November. My phone calls and emails were left unanswered (sales @buyfree. In). I request your help in this matter.
