I have ordered the Green Soul Beast series chair online on **-**-**** and got delivered on **-**-****. After installing the product, I found the problem with the chair and raised a complaint on **-**-****. The technician came and not able to fix the chair.
As per the return policy, I asked to replace the product. But the customer service is really worst and the issue issue was not solved and no response from the company.
