Complaint Description: Persistent Mechanical Failures, Inadequate Service, and Unprofessional Conduct by Hyundai Service Representatives
I am filing this complaint regarding my Hyundai i** (Registration No. Surat Gujatart ****), which has experienced repeated breakdowns despite multiple repair attempts by Hyundai, including an engine replacement. The vehicle's issues persist, causing me significant inconvenience, financial loss, and mental distress. Despite providing video evidence and detailed explanations, Hyundai’s technical team has failed to identify and resolve the root cause of the recurring problem.
Furthermore, I have encountered unprofessional and dismissive behavior from Mr. Raj, a Hyundai representative, who previously assured me that the issue would be permanently resolved with the engine replacement. However, the problem continues unabated. Mr. Raj has since dismissed my video evidence as “fabricated” and refused to engage respectfully, undermining my legitimate concerns. His conduct has been rude, arrogant, and condescending, which is unacceptable from a representative of a reputable brand.
Despite my efforts to resolve this amicably, Hyundai’s service team has failed to provide a permanent solution, causing significant disruption to my work and personal life. I am seeking the following resolutions:
A permanent fix to my vehicle’s mechanical issues.
A lifetime warranty on the engine and related components.
A formal written apology from Hyundai, acknowledging the unprofessional conduct of their representative and the inconvenience caused by their service shortcomings.
Compensation for the financial and emotional distress caused by the vehicle’s repeated failures and Hyundai’s inadequate response.
