Piyush Solanki - Defective Boots Delivered

I ordered a pair of boots from Instagram page - hand_crafted_shoes. The page is run by Piyush Solanki and his mobile number is **********. The order was delivered but the boots are defective. I quickly brought this to the seller's notice by sending a video on **.**.****. He reverted the next day and said he is gonna send a fresh pair in *-* days. I again contacted him several times and then on *th March, he confirmed that he will sending it soon. Since last four days he is not reverting to my messages and not taking any call. Looks like he has no intension of sending the boots.
