I had ordered a battery with Model no. BR*****HUL for my Intex Handset. The same model battery i had used in my hand set. They had sent me same model battery but the battery was manufacture defect(*mm big in length). so the battery was not fixing in my mobile battery slot. I had reported it and requested for another one or Refund money. They were showing many excuses and refused to another another one or Refund money. Kindly help me.
