Kokila k filed complaint against Asus and flipkart on Aug 26, 2025
I purchased a brand-new ASUS laptop (Model X****ZA) on **th July **** from Flipkart.
Within a few days, it developed serious defects. ASUS replaced the battery on **th August, but now I am facing new issues: *.* GB data drained in ** minutes while installing Google Chrome, and the laptop is very slow.
ASUS has denied refund/replacement citing Flipkart’s *-day policy, but as per the Consumer Protection Act ****, a customer has the right to refund/replacement for a defective product.
I kindly request ASUS India and Flipkart to resolve this issue urgently by providing a proper replacement or refund.
