I purchased an Aqua Fresh Smoke Audi ** L RO water purifier from Flipkart .Since installation, I have faced continuous problems and customer service failure:
• The product started leaking within *-* days of installation product starts malfunctioning.
• Technician delayed service, demanded ₹*** extra in cash for unauthorized part installation, and provided no receipt.
• RO failed again, despite payment and repeated service requests.
• Multiple calls/conference calls with Flipkart and Aqua Fresh resulted only in verbal assurances with no action.
• The technician lied about service visits and threatened further charges.
• Both Flipkart and Aqua Fresh gave conflicting information about warranty, repair, and return. No proper documentation was ever provided—job sheets and written denial of service were refused.
• Despite escalation, my case was marked “resolved” several times without actual resolution.
• I had to repeatedly explain my issue to new agents, losing time and causing extreme distress and inconvenience—including not having water at home.
• Company now refuses warranty service unless I pay again, and asks me to visit service centers and obtain denial letters that they refuse to provide.
• Installation charges have not been refunded, and repeated requests for compensation for harassment/mental trauma have been ignored.
• No written updates, actionable solution, or coordinated service received for over six weeks..
