onepieceshop - Defective and wrong product delivery

I ordered one lehenga and one kurti from https://onepieceshop.in. But I got two *** rupees saree from which one is used one another new. I got these package through India post and it was cash on delivery. When I requested for return and refund, it got registered but no response from them and not even customer support.
