I purchase a codeless earphone from Shopnik/ Soundmonks.in. They show in site Sony company products, I booked and Rs. ****/- paid to the courier boy. When I open the package I see a JBL earphone inside the package which is also defective. The mobile no. printed on the invoice is ********** is not responding says not reachable or switched off. Kindly help me, and return my product and return back my money.
