Zookar.com - Defective and wrong phone delivered

I order guru music* *g support classic phone but zookr.com send me MBO *** phone which is defective also not working properly.I call customer care service of zookr.com to return or change the phone they tell me to send pics of phone/tracking number.I send them all the details but they tell me to keep the phone and use ,how can I use the defective phone I m not satisfied with zooke.com pls solve my problems
