Bose Corporation India Private Limited - Defective and poor manufacturing defect

Bought Bose sound sport free wireless head phones ear buds for Rs.**,*** in ****. Just after an year of sparing usage, the volume control rubber button made of extremely poor quality and affixed poorly fell off, but the product itself is working fine. When I contacted Bose , amazingly they said they DON'T service any of these products in India for indian customers and in case it is out of * year warranty (as is my case), they advise to buy a new one with **% discount on the same. I argued that since product is working well and only requires a small rubber button to be replaced they flatly refused leading to loss of **,*** Rs. for me and also causing such environmental hazard disposing a working electronic device. They have also outsourced their servicing to TVS who are least bothered and non responsive to complaints.
