IFB - Defective AC delivered

We bought an AC of IFB company from smart sales ,Holigate, Tilak dwar, mathura. The AC has several problems it's swing was not working ,it's coil was damage or burnt, it's display was weak, and it does not cool properly and our complain can not be registered in company because of smart sales owner and the owner of smart sales can not take any action and make us fool from * months and now he take the indoor from ** days and can not repairing it and now he talk with abusing language and when we said that we complain about you in consumer court so he said you do whatever you want I don't care and I'm not afraid from anyone ,and said that I closed my shop so do anything that you want so please help us.........
