RBD machine tools pvt ltd - defective 3 HP Small power weeder

This machine was purchased on **.**.**** duly paid an amount of Rs.**,*** by phone pe ide transaction No.T********************** and UTR No. ************. This machine is assembled as per company personnel instructions and leaflet cnclosed with machine .It has been conditioned for * hours before put in to service. This machine was failed with in ** hours of work with one hour intervel . the frame has developed creaks and its guiding wheels mounting holes enlorged and lost its alienment. The has defective material and workman ship and it is not up to the mark of agriculture machine for ower weeding or for its intended sueage. we contacted the company for repair/ replacement of the machine since its under warrenty for * years.
The company has denied to take responsibility to repair/ replacement by simply blaming on me that it was broken by me intentionally. I have written eamil to the compay director that highliting the defective material and workman ship of the machine with substanderd parts. But the is non responsive and ignoring my requests.
