TTK Prestige Ltd - Defective Prestige Pan Support

Purchased Prestige Prime * burner stove from QRS, Tvpm along with some other items on ** January,****. The pan supports are not supporting the pan and it wobbles. When contacted they had asked me to contact Prestige's helpline but couldn't get through and they had given prestige service center but their response was like it not their responsibility but after QRS again intervened and later the service person came twice with new pan support but it was not meant for this model, again came with other set of pan supports out of it two suited somewhat but one was not suiting at all so taken that back (problem remains the same). He suggested me to give the unhappy code when I will get a call from prestige. Calls were made again and again then they had given prestige's south zone number initially they will agree to send a new pan support but till date haven't got any some excuse will be made and no update on the issue. Made many calls and really uncomfortable cooking experience, have to be really careful while cooking otherwise the pan will fall off from the stove.
