Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles Limited - DEFECTED VEHICLE DELIVERED FROM TATA MOTORS

Hi Team

I have been delivered the defected vehicle from tata motors and its dealor AutoVikas Rajapuri Dwarka Delhi. Now they are not able to solve the problem and also not agreeing to replace my vehicle or issue me refund for the car i have purchased.

Facing below issues in the car from first day :

*. WEIRD NOISE of POPPING TYPE SOUND (LIKE A HARD TAP ON PLASTIC / WOOD ITEMS, BALLOON BURST SOUND) WHEN THE GEAR IS SHIFTED UPWARDS
*. SUDDEN LOSS IN THE POWER AFTER THE NOISE IS HEARD
*. When I drove the car alone for last * days, it felt like I am driving the car with more than * people sitting in my car. It feels so heavy while driving the car when my car tyres are properly air filled and AC is also switched off. This means engine is not able to take the load at all.
*. Car has started to vibrate a lot inside the cabin more than before. Engine noise is more evident inside the car than before.
*. Even the accelerator paddle is vibrating a lot when the car is drive at slow speed. It was not happening before
*. MID Mileage of the car has dropped from **km to **-**km on the same roads and in same condition when i was driving the car before
*. Yesterday, I went with my family in the car. There were total * people in the car. Car was not able to push at all and delivered the mileage of only * km in a distance of **km on empty roads in the night and Popping noise came at least * times when the gear was automatically shifted upwards
*. Gears are shifting downwards and upwards on their own when the car is constantly running at **km
*. Gearbox area is getting heated when I turn off the engine after around **-**km drive, in evening time also when there is no sunlight and heat.
