DEAR SIR I HAVE PURCHASED A NEW LED TV **" PANASONIC ON **/**/****, AND IT WAS RUNNING GOOD AS ON DATE BUT ONE DAY A MONTH AGO TV STOP WORKING AND GETS IN STANDBY MODE (NO VISUAL AND AUDIO) ON WATCHING WE HAVE CALL THE DEALER WHERE WE HAVE PURCHASED THE TV HE SAID TO TALK WITH PANASONIC OFFICIAL MR AMIT ,HE WAS GIVEN US CONTACT NO OF SERVICE CENTRE WHERE A LADY PIC THE PHONE AND WAS VERY RUDYLY TALKING THAT SHE SAID THAT THEIR TECHNICIAN WILL VISIT IN NEXT DAY FOR ATTENDING THE COMPLAINT ,AND THE TECHNICIAN REACHES US AFTER A WEEK,AND CHECK THE TV INSTALLED AT OUR HOME,HE SAID THAT TV CARD HAS BEEN DAMAGED AND IT WILL HAVE TO CHANGE ,THEN THE SERVICE CENTRE HAVE ARRANGE TO PROVIDE THAT CARD AND INSTALLED IN OUR TV,BUT IT WAS NOT WAORKING THEN THE TECHNIC IAN SAID THAT OUR TV HAS BROKEN AS CRACKS WERE IDENTIFY IN THE TV ,WE WERE SO SURPRISED THAT THE TV GETS DAMAGED AND THE TECHNICIAN SUBMIT THE REPORT TO THE SERVICE CENTRE ,THEN THE SERVICE CENTRE SAID THAT THEY WILL HAVE TO REPLACE THE TV PANEL AND CARD AND WERE DEMANDING A HUGE AMOUNT FROM US ,HERE WE WANT TO KNOW THAT THE TV WE HAVE PURCHASED FOR * YEAR WARRANTY THEN WHY WE WERE CHAGED FOR THAT DEFECTED TV ,NOW NO ONE ARE LISTNING US AND WE ARE SAID TO SUBMIT **K FOR REPAIR OF THAT TV WE ASKED MANY TIME ABOUT THE *YEAR WARRANTY BUT NO ONE ARE ACCEPTING THAT WARRANTY ,THIS IS VERY HARRASING AND WE JUST WANT TO REPLACE OUR TV OR REPAIR IT AS WE HAVE INVESTED HUGE AMOUNT FOR TV .
