Khadims India ltd - Defect within warranty period

When I enter their showroom they convinced me to buy the shoe without any hesitation .as their several approach as a consumer I buy the shoes on **|**|** . And first wear on **|**|** after one day use two now hook broken. As a result I am very loss due to their bed approch
