Thompson India - defect product also Not repaired under warranty

I bought Thompson *A series Android smart tv (order id-OD******************), on ** October **** through flipkart, I am facing wifi connection issues so I raised ticket to customer service on ** December ****. Service technician visited for Thompson TV wifi issue as requested by me on ** feb **** (After * months) But they told mother board issues inside the TV so board need to be replaced. They told one week time to replacement board. But still issue not resolved. Almost more than *** days they have passed but still issue not resolved. Also More than ** E-mail conversation with customer service but not happened anything. I am really very disappointed for like this new Tv issues. Could you please kindly help to resolve the problem. I have attached Purchase invoice copy and E mail conversation pdf. Thanks in advance for your help!!
