Dear sir Asian paints's team member Mr. Aman Kumar(mail id aman.k.s****@gmail.com mob no is **********) came to my home, deep discussion with him, he talked about moisture reading being **-**% which is not good for paint. if you go with following step as below i.e. i) Water seal coat which will be protect against moisture ii) Two coat Putty iii) Two coat Primer iv) Waterproofing paint etc. If you do so, a five years warranty will be on all products, it is my commitment, I am living very near to you. When you call me, I will immediately come to you and solve your problem. Asian paint will give you a warranty of five years for both External and Internal parts. The painting work has been completed as per above said. After some time within **-**days defects appear in one or two locations. I contacted that person; he came and did the patch repair work immediately as per his commitment. Now he says that repair work is a goodwill gesture. you know better than me. Again defects appear in various locations. I contacted that person on * February **** again, saying will come in two or three days after he did not come and not pick up my phone. The defect is not only in a room attached with the bathroom but also from a separate room . *.* Defect is found in the external part also. Again complaint lodged on ** or **march, complaint no is ******** .In this time only observation has been raised by them not solving my problem. I gave them clarification by mail. No reply has been received till date. Work completed in April-****, My warranty No is *******. The warranty period is ****-****. Please solve my problem.
