Palaniappa's Motors Private Limited - Defect in bike

As I have purchased new hero splendor plus i*s bs* bike on **.**.****.my bike engine was off while running during frequent interval.i complaint this issue to palaniappa's motor private Limited dindigul, they called me to bring my bike and they promised me to resolve this problem. I brought my bike six times still now problem was not resolved.i want new bike immiediately. I am suffered mentally according to this issue.
