I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue I have encountered with a recently purchased Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara Smthhybrid Delta vehicle. I had purchased a maruti suzuki Grand Vitara Smthhybrid Delta , from your authorized dealership ( Bimal Auto Agency Joysagar Tiniali, Sivasagar, Assam) on **/**/****.
Unfortunately, since the date of delivery, the car has shown several problems that appear to be manufacturing defects, These include [briefly list the issues – engine malfunction, electrical failures, unusual noises, starting trouble, esp problem,service connected, traction control defect, abs controller problem, etc ], shown on the screen and also in the speedo meter. On the running car the car automatically stops the air conditioning, the car power steering gets hard, the car remote doesn't works and several other problems arise on the running car. Despite repeated visits to the service center in (maruti suzuki nexa service center, Betbari Alimur, Sivasagar) and multiple attempts at repairs, today the service center from Maruti Suzuki Nexa Sivasagar Service manager called me and told that they will replace some electrical parts of the car, this is not the answer of a brand new car because I have not used the car at all , they have not giving any concern at all , but they are wasting my time and my harden money. The problems persist, causing me significant inconvenience and safety concerns. I had trusted Maruti Suzuki for its commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, as my all family members always buy car from Maruti Suzuki only and also from Bimal auto agency I have great faith on Maruti Suzuki.
However, this experience has been extremely disappointing. I believe I have received a defective unit and kindly request you to initiate an immediate exchange of the vehicle under warranty or applicable consumer protection guidelines.
