Unique fluid Controls - Default Machinery

Dear Voxya team, we have purchased a paper bag making machine from the above company to manufacture paper bags. We had visited coimbatore for the same and placed an order with them. We had to pay ** percent advance and we did. The machine was delivered and hasn't run since. There were three visit from the company side to our factory at our expense and three times also they were unsuccessful in getting the finished product. Now its been over a month and the company is not responding to our calls nor messages. They have provided us with a defective piece now we are asking for a refund since we have lost business because if them. We want our money back and return the machine.
