Samsung - Default Handset

Respected Sir/Ma'am,
I Anup Dutta purchased a Samsung Phone (M** *G) on Oct'**** from ...... After * months I started facing network issue on phone. I rushed to your Service Centre and explained about the issue , they simply do software update and asked me that issue will resolved. But after some days again the problem persisted with same issue , so I again visited to your service center which is situated at Hirapur Samsung care , Dhanbad. They again suggested to do software get updated as they did before. It is almost * years gone but still the problem not get resolved and warranty period has also ended. Now they are mis behaving and don't want to listen my problem. And asking me to change the location.
After certain discussion now they asking me to provide a sum of amount Rs.**,*** to change the motherboard of the Handset.
Being a normal wages employee whose Earning amount is Rs.*,***/month , it is very difficult to maintain such kind of situation.
Therefore, it is my humble request you to please suggest a possible way where I can use my phone hazard free.
