Hindustan Unilever Ltd - Defacement of property by company s advertisement

It has been observed that the outside boundary wall of our house located in our ancestral village at Choti Bhaisdira Village, Barari, Post-Gurubazaar, Kadhagola Road, Dist-Katihar, Pin: ****** has been painted with some Lifebuoy soap advertisement by the vendor of Hindustan Unilever Ltd during our absence without seeking our concurrence/permission. The same was brought to the notice of Hindustan Unilever Ltd team through their X (erstwhile-Twitter) on November **, ****. On November **, **** I was approached by HUL team from a mobile number +**-********** asking for the details & images. Again on November **, **** I was contacted by team member of HUL from the mobile +**-********** who initially apologised and then requested to seek a quotation from local painter for enabling them to repaint the wall. Since then I was made to wait till December **, **** on which I received a call from local vendor from Mob: +**-********** who not only with his derogatory attitude and words threatened to take the complaint back but also said that walls can not be repainted. In view of the above response, I once again raised my grievance through their social media page X on December **, ****. Lastly on December **, **** there was a last communication from one Mr. Avdesh Kumar, vendor from mobile +**-********** who told that it may not be possible for the company to bring back the wall into the old condition by repainting the wall. They will just try to cover the advertisement. My question is why should I allow them to leave the patch. Why my walls were defaced with HUL advertisement that too in our absence without seeking our concurrence. I sincerely request Voxya to register a case against HUL for defacement of the property under Sec *** & *** of the IPC and advise them to provide compensation including mental harassment.
