I opened account in icici Bank pachwati branch and the agent opened my rd account also and didn't informed me about any additional charges, I was supposed to maintain ***** as minimal balance in my account which I did but bank deducted amount from my account in the name of rd account penalty and amount left in my account is only **** now they are asking me to withdraw this amount and from last * months iam visiting this bank now and then, they are not taking any action against my problem.
